LLA Training Academy has been designed to provide a clear training pathway for practitioners at every stage from taking your first steps into aesthetics, through to developing advanced skills and refining specialist techniques.
Start with our foundation-level training, build your knowledge and practical experience through our advanced courses, and continue your development with specialist LLA Masterclasses.
Training is delivered through a combination of comprehensive theory and hands-on practical education, with small training groups, maximum 2-,1 allowing for individual guidance, feedback and support throughout your learning.
Whether you're starting your career, adding a new treatment or refining a technique you've performed hundreds of times, your training should meet you at the level you're at and give you somewhere to progress next.

LLA RUSSIAN LIPS MASTERCLASS
Learn in depth how we create our most popular lip filler technique. Sharp borders, lifted cupids bow, flat profile, everything you need to know – we will cover in great detail. Our technique is proven to diminish your anxiety around treating ‘M shaped lips’, and is effective on any type of natural lip. Learning our Russian Lip technique will instantly make you stand out amongst the rest, and will diversify your treatment range.
